Pad Thai

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp chopped shallots

1 tbsp chopped shallots

1 tsp dried shrimp (optional)

1 tbsp sweet radish

2 tbsp tofu

1 egg

100 ml water

3 tbsp pad thai sauce

1 tsp fish sauce

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp fish sauce

1/3 cup bean sprouts

1/3 cup garlic chives

2 tbsp crushed peanuts

RECIPE

  1. Add oil to wok; heat to medium.

  2. Add garlic and shallots, stir it for a few minutes.

  3. Add dried shrimp, sweet radish, tofu, and stir fry 1 minute.

  4. Add egg, stir fry until cooked.

  5. Add rice noodles, water, pad Thai sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and sugar. Stir fry for about 2 minutes.

  6. Add bean sprouts, garlic, chives, and peanuts.

  7. Stir quickly until done.
